For years I have been passionately working and creating paintings to discover what is true and valuable for me.The flora and fauna of the Pacific Northwest enchant me. Originally I thought that the volcanoes, Douglas fir trees and birds were ordinary. When I learned to write in colors and lines and to read the treasures offered so generously, I became compelled to record some of my observations. These miracles that take place every moment of every hour, in every season, offering a wealth of different images in a landscape that is constantly changing are my life's blood.
